Hours: Our regular customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you get the voice mail system when calling, please give us a number where you can be reached during business hours. You may also use the feedback form to place an order, or if you need any further assistance.

Sending Packages:

Before sending us a package with your emblem, be sure to call us first, to be certain that:

  1. We handle your emblem (we only handle two types of emblems.)  Unsolicited emblems may require return shipment charges.
  2. Our turnaround time can be long.  Ask in case you must have the emblem back before a certain date.
  3. The cost can be high for certain kinds of restorations.  Get a rough estimate when you call.

All packages containing emblems should be carefully packed in boxes with adequate padding. Padded envelopes are not recommended. Packages can be sent to our P.O. Box for U.S. Mail. UPS and other carriers will require a street address. Please contact us and we will give you the address for all non-US Mail deliveries.  We do not keep an open shop and that is why we do not publish our street address.

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We do not accept credit cards, and you should never include a credit card number in any communication with EMBLEMAGIC CO.

Solution Graphics

For the convenience of customers not in the USA, we use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal.  We also accept PayPal for emblems that are in stock and ready to ship.  In all cases we will send a PayPal invoice for any emblem order.  To request an Invoice, either call, or email us with your full shipping address and email address where you want the invoice sent.  There is an automatic 4% surcharge added to PayPal orders.  If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information is not given to EMBLEMAGIC CO.
